I have completed the work and submitted and got payment but on my profile it is still showing job in progress. Why?

Hey Nikhil,

This is a normal thing, no need to worry. It may take some hours even and a day. Still, you can try changing sth on your profile, like a word in your overview and save the changes. The trick is your profile will be updated and the work with the feedback will appear.

Hi Nikhil,

It looks like the job you are referring to is still open. You can ask the client to close it if it's done and they will be prompted to leave feedback.
