Work Week Hours

UW sent me a message to review my weekly hours. The week ends at 1200 UTC each Monday. I added hours from Sunday, April 15, at 0100 UTC Monday. The hours do not appear on my  summary by contract.

It's only four or five hundred bucks, but I would liike to be paid. How do I make that happen?

Hi Bill,

I've checked your weekly timelog, the manual time you added are available on the timesheet details. Please click on the Reports tab > hover to Timelogs. Freelancers have until Monday 12.00 (noon) UTC (not Sunday midnight) to make any changes to the previous week's work diaries, including adding manual time.

I don't quite undersand Jo-Ann's response. When the work week ends at midnight UTC on Sunday, no more hours may be added for the preceding week. If you miss that deadline to log manual hours, then you can either post them the following week or arrange with your client to pay you via a bonus.

 That is not true.

The work week ends at midnight UTC Sunday, but you have until midday / noon UTC on Monday to make any adjustments to the previous week's work diary, including adding manual hours.

Bill is likely looking for his hours in the wrong place or added them to the wrong contract.

If they are in the correct work diary they will be billed. The reports always lag behind a little.

How about that. Petra, thanks for setting me straight on that. I somehow got it wrong from the very beginning.

You and Jo Ann B share the gold star. Silly me thought that when I updated the time sheets, the time would show on my timelog for review. I should have known to exit this and go elsewhere, to reports, to find it.

It's there!
