Hi, Thanks for your concern. Deractly, i'm going to talk about my account problem.

My account was started before at Oct 2013. After than i've involbed my another 

job. So my account was stoped in that days. Now i'm going ahead again this way.

Last few day i was Bid some jobs. But i can not get proper reply form client.

Now how can i start again as a regular freelancer?

 

So i need to know how to start work again naturaly.

Mourin,

 

Your post is difficult to understand. Did you open a new account after your 2013 account was suspended - or was the 2013 account reinstated?

You can't have two accounts.  You need to get in touch with CS so that they can help with closing one.

 CS = Customer Support.  You must not even look for a job until your account is clarified.

Mourin, you risk being permanently suspended. You clearly have not read,or if you have, understood Upwork's rules on this. You may not have more than one account. I suggest that you contact customer support  immediately and ask for some help.

I think her english isn't good and she isn't communicating well. Probably why she isn't winning too, but her profile shows a 2013 contract so I think whatever she means to say is that she didn't create a new account but can't win gigs.
