Work amount is still in Pendings

Hello All

Hope you doing well.

My problem is:-

I have completed my fixed contarct job successfully

but still my earnings is in pending

contract hasbeen finished on Aug-23, but its now in pendings even fixed contracts security duration is

5 days.

Please suggest me the way

Better to contact with upwork help team. I mean customer support, Hope you will get pending amount soon

If it is already in pending mode then it means the release of funds has been approved already.

Did the client release funds on the 23rd? The five days start when the client approves, not when you submit the completed work.

If you click on the number in your pending column, it will open up a break out for you of all pending payments and the date they will be released.

Hi Amit,

I see the payment was issued as a bonus on an ended Hourly contract, but I also see there's an issue with the client's account. You can contact Customer Support for more details and note that bonus payments are not covered by Upwork's Payment Protection programs.
