Why Reports(earned/pending) funds are NOT equal to generated amount of money 'Since start'(hourly work)?
Just I was curious what's happening here. Reports show total = Earnings+Pending+In Review = 154+33+28 = 215$.
While my total work is done for 263$.
Where is the rest 48$ ? Is it the Upwork service fee cuttings ?
Thanks, would be glad to see answers here 🙂

Yes, the amounts in pending and available are "billed minus Upwork fee." It is all 100% correct.

Hey, thanks for the reply but, have you done the calculations?
It may not be 100% correct if you do the calculations.
Upwork service fee is 15% right?
263.33 - (263.33 x 0.15) = 223.8305 $
But here I am getting
154.66+33.34+28.33 = 216.33 $
Which means I am not getting 7.5 $. That is why I posted this question here. On a larger scale, let's say 2000$, then I will miss my 70$.
I will be waiting for your reply.

Unless there is some other fee structure that I don't know about, Upwork's service fees can never be 15%. It can only be 20% for the first $500 billed with a client, or 10% for billings between $501 and $10 000 for the same client, or 5% for billings to the same client that exceed $10 001.
