Work completed but Payment still not received

Milestone for fixed price ended on Feb 19 and Milestone shows Paid and amount also shows in earned in the Job Contract but in Billings and Earnings it's not there and it still shows pending in Transaction history? When will I get the payment for work done? Job was Fixed Price.

Is the payment written there, and is there a date in the Date column?

If there is, then that's the date of the payment release (it's currently in Upwork's security period).
