Work dairy not tracking time .it's only taking screenshots

Hi Mahesh, 

Could you please clarify your concern? Is the number of hours tracked not updating on your Desktop App? Could you please stop the time-tracking, and turn it on again to see if this should refresh the number of hours tracked your app?

Yes.Number of hours tracked not updated.I stopped and started again, Also
tried restarting machine as well.Nothing works If this is the case I won't
get paid as manual time is not allowed by my client.Could someone help

I don't see such option, sorry could you please tell me are you talking
about mobile app? or desktop and details which will help to raise a support

Mahesh, are you actively doing work on the computer? With regular mouse and keyboard activity? Or are you simply starting the time and coming back later to "clock out"?

 

I suspect that it is working fine, but that you don't know some things about how it works. It is not a "time clock."
