So essentially you logged hours to the wrong contract, correct?
As the contract you logged the hours into is a fixed rate contract, the client wasn't charged, so that is good. There is nothing Upwork can do about the hours you added to the wrong contract, you can ask the client if they would pay you as a bonus for the time, or let you log the hours this week.
