Work details link

When I open the link supplied by clients to review the job description/work details, it never takes me to the right page, and there is no option to open Work Details, has anyone else had this problem, how did you solve it? Many thanks

Is the client communicating with you on Upwork? If not, stop communicating with them as it is a violation of Upwork's Terms of Service to communicate outside Upwork before having a contract in place.

If they are communicating with you on Upwork, they can send you a file in the message box.
