Work diary screenshots missing

Hello Everyone,
I started my new contract and I have noticed that even with all the snapshots, some of are not showing on my work diary. In my previous contract, it was working fine and now it's showing this issue. 

Please help me as soon as possible so I could start my work again.

Hi Andrea,
I need your help with manual time adding so that my client can review it.
In our first skype session, I've told my client that my work diary wasn't working at the moment due to some technical issues so, I've turned off my time tracker. He was fine with it. But I forgot to add manually.
My Upwork time tracker was off in our two skype sessions held on 12th May and 16th May. Now my client is asking me to calculate the time from skype and send me for review so he can pay me. But I find no option in my Upwork dairy related to this. Could you please tell me how I can send him time for review?

You can't "send time"  that you didn't track. Just tell the client how many hours you worked without the tracker, the client can then send you a bonus for that amount. and likely there is absolutely nothing wrong with your tracker...

The tracker only tracks time where there is keyboard and/or mouse activity. It does NOT track time when you just speak to someone or work without using the mouse and keyboard.

Thank you so much, Petra. It seems that he is busy. I left a few reminders that he can pay me through bouns but I didn't get his response yet. And when I got his response, he talks about other things. However, he said he is happy to pay me. Should I remind him again?
