When I view my own profile, the work history section doesn't load - the green circle just keeps turning.
This has been going on for past 1-2 weeks. The customer support team informed me that this is a bug and the tech team know about it and is working on it. But it's been about a week since I raised this ticket, and the issue is still not resolved.
Is anybody else having this issue?

Thanks Nikola, but the issue is still NOT RESOLVED, and no one from your team has reached out.
It has been over a week. I'm pretty sure my recent drop in projects is because of this issue.
When is it likely to get resolved? Do I need to make any changes to my profile to fix this?

Thanks Avery, but this is taking way too long - my ticket is open for over a week. Do you guys have a timeline for this? And why isn't it showing as an active incident on the support status page?
Is there anything I can do to fix this? - this issue started after I added a consultation to my profile. Will it go away if I remove the consultation?

All you have to do is to reload the page, it loads just fine then.

I did not know that. That's a useful workaround, but not really a solution.

Hi Tejas,
You are not alone- it's happening to me too and is taking a couple of weeks to fix. Although I'm sad to hear that this is happening to another freelancer, it makes me feel better that a solution is more likely to be reached if I'm not the only one.
