Work in Progress not updating in Reports

Hi everyone, I have worked 2 hrs so far this week and it seems that it is not reflected in the Reports page yet. Is there a problem with the system? I activated the timer through the Desktop App and it is counting, but not reflecting in the Reports. Please help. Thank you so much!

Hello Alfredo, 

 

I checked and unable to replicate any issue with the My Reports section. Can you try deleting your browser's cookies and cache and try checking your My Report section again. You can also try using a different browser to log in to your Upwork account.

Hi, 

I did a couple of hours work yesterday and the desktop app seemed to be operating okay. It was taking screenshots and I could see that my time was being recorded. However, when I check my 'work in progress' report I can see that it hasn't been updated. I've done another hour's work this morning and again there's no update on the work in progress report. I don't understand this, as I've been using the app without a problem since January and I've done nothing different yesterday or today. Any ideas, anyone??

Could you click on the Settings Cog in the Desktop app > Support & Feedback > and provide information about the contract you're referring to? This way your logs will be included and our team will be able to investigate them further. Thank you.

Me again. Smiley Happy I've done as you suggested. I went into settings, then support and feedback. I typed out the details of the problem, hit send and...got a message saying 'there has been an error with your message'. I've tried twice now and the same thing happens.

Hi there, I am having the same issue today. I worked for almost an hour now and it is not reflected in my Work Diary. It has been taking screenshots but it wasn't saved to the diary. Can you check please?
