Work still says in review after 9 days - What do I do

So I completed a contract recently. The contract was for $20 for up to 10 hours of work. I completed in shorter amount of time than that and they owe me $116.67. 

I completed the job last Monday 10/25. When I checked on Monday, the hours still weren't approved and still under review. I messaged the client and they said that they would approve it and then sent $80 tip. Yay - I got the $80 tip. But it has been 9 days and I STILL have not gotten my $116.67. It is still in review.

Wait 5 more days.
