Hi friends,
I request help from a person who is using one Upwork account to work as a freelancer as well as client. Please help me understand the following scenario:
The ratings and other party feedback as client and as freelancers would appear together or separate? If a client sees your profile as a freelancer profile, would he/she see your rating and feeback as a client as well? Similarly, if a freelancer sees your profile as a client profile, would he/she see your rating and feedback as a freelancer as well? Do the person appears transparently to the outer world as combo (freelancer + client) from his profile or these are two separate entities and the freelancers see the client face and the clients see the freelancer face. I would be very thankful for your time to help me understand this.

That's correct. The two are completely separate.

A person looking at the site can't see both accounts. Anyone looking at your freelancer account can't know that you have a client account. The only way you can see any client's job postings, ratings, etc. is to view a job that they posted and then look at their job history.
