Working more hours than accorded on the contract

I have a question about a contract in progress.

I signed up as a freelancer to work for 40 hours
on a 5-day job, starting on a Monday and ending on
Friday night or maximum saturday morning. The client's
deadline to receive the finished job was on saturday morning.

I delivered the job finished on friday morning as expected
having worked 39 hours of the 40 hired by the client.

The client did not reply to my messages on friday,
neither on Saturday.
He replied only on sunday and said he like the results of the job
but want to make a few changes to the final Product(video).

I have a doubt.

What should I do, how to proceed?

should I make the changes requested by the client without being paid for it?
Or should I ask the client to change the contract and put more hours
into the contract so that I can get paid for my work?

taking into consideration that I have met the deadline for the hired job
and that the client has not fulfilled the part of it. asking me to work more than a week,
and more than the 5 days accorded on the contract.

if I have to work another day in a week other than the contracted week,
should not I be paid for it?

Difficult question as this is my first job on UPWORK.

Thanks in advance.

This is a new week.

The weekly limit is ... as the name suggests, per week.

Last week ended on Sunday, this week you have a new limit.

That depends - were the changes requested by the client due to mistakes that you made, or did the client simply change their mind about what they wanted? If it's the former, I would make corrections for free; if it's the latter, then yes, of course you should get paid. Ask the client to extend the project for another week so that you can log your time.
