Hello, I was working on a job that I finished, now the client wants me to work on another job. If he adds a new job and hires me, will it be violating the terms?

No, This is not against Upwork TOS and you can work with your client multiple jobs at a time. Just ask your client to go ahead and hire you for new jobs. Good Luck!
