Solved: Worst experience with a client in 10 year

Just wanted to share this unpleasent expereince. i have never came accross such thing in my 10 year carrer. I open to learn from it and would like to know where i was wrong. I hope fellows here would suggest me on it.
and i also would like support to take action on it please
