Writing reviews on Clutch

Does Upwork have a policy on writing reviews on review sites like Clutch? 

For context, I am a content writer and I recently got an offer to write what I would assume to be fake Clutch reviews for company XYZ. Now, before I accept the offer, I am wondering if this is against any of Upwork's TOS. This is the first time I am getting offered this type of job. Therefore, I am cautious not to taint my reputation.

Fake Marketing strategy/project is against ToS as it asks to commit fraudulent services, which is against Upwork’s Terms of Service.
