Hey, I sent a payment t my PayPal account, but after I did it, I realized that I had an old PayPal account registered here. I deleted it and uploaded the new account, but the payment is on hold, missing.
I called PayPal and they say that, since that old account is already cancelled and does not exists, UpWork still having that money... how can I get the money back to send it to the correct PayPal account?
