Hi,
I accidently added my tax address as Mexico on my profile, however my tax address is in Canada. Meanwhile I was charged 20% in Mexican taxes because of the mistake. Transaction is still pending. How can I fix this and have the taxes removed.

How did you manage to confuse Canada with Mexico? I don't think anything can be done with your earnings at the wrong location. I see you fixed it now, so it will not happen again.

Upwork Customer Support is not phone-centric. Nor is it email-centric.
A preferred method for contacting Upwork Customer Support is to create a Help Desk ticket.
