When you say "sample translation" - hopefully that is a generic sample, not one you did for that particular job?

You don't necessarily need to do anything.

The client is probably accustomed to being sent resumés. It's not like you sent him anything shocking or inappropriate.

And Upwork clients are accustomed to being sent proposals which do NOT have samples attached. The client can simply click on your name and see the samples in your portfolio.
