Wrong balance

Hi
I received three payments and my balance is not the same I see in Lifetime Billing. The amount I own it's much higher than the one I see on My Balance. Can someone explain this?

Hi,
To the best of my knowledge, payments are counted when they are available on your "Overview" page under "Reports" and not when they're still in review, or security period...

Hi Jolanda,

 

I see the bonus your client issued is currently in the security period and is yet to be included in your balance. Please go to Reports > Overview and let me know if that's the difference you were seeing.

 

Please review our freelancer resources in order to track your payments and use other Upwork features.

You have accounted for the Upwork fee and any amounts that might still be Pending etc? 

 

What exactly do you mean by "lifetime billings?"
