Hello!
I've been a freelancer for a long time and during that time I've earned more than 500 and 1000$ with different clients, and the variations on Upwork's fee have been stable. But, the last one sadly wasn't as expected. I finished a new short project with **Edited for Community Guidelines**, a client which has already paid me more than 1000$, and the Upwork fee was of 10% of the total amount (see image attached) instead of 5%. I remember that once I reached 1000$ the fee changed to 5%.
I want to know why this change, if you can (should) refund the difference, no matter if it's less than 3$, and be straight about this topic as I'm about to work with them again.

The fee doesn't drop to 5% until you hit $10,000 with one client, not $1,000.
