I completed all the work according to the contract and the client was happy. But then she requested changes (after we had agreed on final work) over the weekend to which I didn't respond untill the Monday and she ended the contract and requested a refund. I have declined the refund request but now it says "return status - approved". How do I change that?

If you clicked the wrong button and approved the request instead of declining, it will be difficult to get the money back.

You must have approved the refund. If you reject it, it goes back to the client so that they get one last time to pay you and if they reject (they always do) it goes into mediation.
Gonna have to say bye bye to the money and just make sure you read before clicking next time.
