I received an invitation via email to submit a proposal, but when I go onto the page, I get this error message, so can not communicate. 

I have tried opening it in a new browser and that did not work either. 

Could somebody help?

It's pretty rare for new freelancers to get invitations, so unfortunately the job was probably a scam. If you receive any more invitations before you have a chance to get some experience and ratings in your profile, be careful.
