what is meant by "The weekly billing cycle has ended, and your weekly summary is available for review. Any changes to the hours billed must be made before Monday, August 8 at noon UTC to be included in the invoice to your client."

Hi Abubakar,

Thank you for your message. This refers to the active Hourly contract on your account. All logged hours on the Hourly contracts are processed as per the weekly billing cycle. The weekly billing period begins Monday at 00:00 midnight UTC and ends Sunday at 23:59 UTC. After the billing period ends, you have time from Monday at 00:00 midnight to 11:59 a.m. UTC to look over your Work Diary to make any final adjustments.

is it means, If I work before UTC midnight, will it include the previous week's hourly period or it will start for the next week?

Hi Abubakar,

Thank you for your message. If you log hours before the end of the billing cycle on Sunday at 23:59 UTC then it will be billed in the previous week billing period. Any hours logged after 00:00 midnight UTC on Monday, will be for the next week billing period.
