Your Account has been suspended

Hi, 

I am new on Upwork like last month I sign up on this platform and create my profile which was approved by Upwork. But now when I sign in using my account on Upwork. They say that "Your account has been suspended. Please contact customer support". Can anyone here from Upwork Community help me that how can I resolve this...
