Your Profile Requires Changes

Hi there, 

I haven't been active in UpWork for a while, and now after I log in, there is a message saying "Your profile requires changes".

I've added quite a lot of new information in order to fill up my profile, but I cannot publish it.

Can you give me some guides of how to publish it?
