Today, after a long absence, I tried to go to Upwork, and received a message:

"Your access to Upwork has been blocked

We see you are accessing our site from a restricted location.
If your location changes, you can come back at anytime."

As before, I am in Kiev, Ukraine. and as far I understand this city is currently allowed by US government.

Could you please check?
