Your account has been suspended

Hello,


I received an email with a request to verify my identity from Upwork Custom Support few days ago. After providing all necessary documents I successfully completed video verification with Upwork Agent, but now I couldn't get why my account is still suspended. Can you help me with my problem? My issue ticket is #29094009
