I upgraded to Freelancer Plus last month on April 24th. A few days ago, I ran out of conencts and I wanted to renew my membership some how. I tried downgrading my profile to Basic and then Plus, but it didn't work. Now it's May 25th, I'm trying to renew my Plus membership, but I'm unable to. Getting the following error.
'Your monthly renewal is currently being processed. Please check back in a few hours.'
Help will be highly appreciated!

Hi Muhammad,
Please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to upgrade your membership plan.
I would also like to clarify, that your connects are renewed once your new billing cycle starts. Please keep in mind that upgrading and downgrading plans will also change your billing cycle. Thank you.
