This thread has been closed from further replies due to its size. In general, these issues occur when the transactions you’re attempting on your card keep being declined by the bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank for more information about the specific charge decline.

I have mcb Lite Card (Debit Card) and I want to buy connects but My card is not process on upwork. 

 

Paypal is not allowed in Pakistan how can i buy connects.

Hi

I am trying to upgrade plus membership.. but getting like this "Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later."

I have tried with 2 card Discover and MasterCard. but on both i am getting this. And also tried with paypal email. So on paypal there is no active card now. i have requested for that but it will take about 5 to 7 day to activate.

So can you please help me to upgrade plus membershipt with my Discover debit card.

Everytime i tried to upgrade for freelancer Plus it says: 

Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later.
 
 
I cleared my browser cache and every settings but still same issue, please check.

I have saved my billing method of debit card and am trying to buy the connects in order to sumbit the proposal. But the message shows "We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank."  I am using this debit card and it is working, even I do have balance in bank account. For another visa card I am getting message as

"Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later.". Please guide me further.

I don't have Payoneer or Other MasterCards. My account balance is insufficient. How can i buy connects? Can i use other person's Payoneer account to buy connects if i pay him personally? Please give a solution. Thanks

Unfortunately no, when adding a payment method the account needs to be issued on your name or your name listed as a beneficiary name. 
But for billing methods, you can add a billing that is issued on another method. Thank you.

Please choose an alternative payment method or retry again later" I want to use my Paypal for payment because my debit card is not working on this app.but after adding my paypal to billing it requires Cc/debit card.any help?

Hey,

 

I am new on Upwork. I want to upgrade to Plus Account as i am new and does not have any balance, so wanted to add a billing method to purchase connects. I unable to add my DEBIT CARD as billing method. Does Upwork only accept CREDIT CARDS? or a debit card is also acceptable? can i use my SKRILL account as billing method? as Paypal is not active in my country. Please suggest what to do i need more connects to get a job on upwork. Help needed.
