Dear Upwork Support,
I was trying to buy a pack of 60 connects for $9 USD with a valid & active VISA debit card. But seems that the transaction failed and in the Billing & Payments section of my Upwork account it displays "Payment was declined" in Red against my card.
Some directions from the authorised concern in this relate is being highly anticipated.
