Facing Issue while buying connects through by Visa Card. Kindly resolve he issue

I cant buy connects. tried various cards of different banks and even paypal. Nothing works. What should I do?

You need to check with your bank for more information on why the specific charge was declined. Please check out this help article to learn more about acceptable billing methods for purchasing Connects.

 

Joel, regarding PayPal, please note that only verified PayPal accounts can be used to purchase Connects.

My name is Rahar.

I kow this is a classic problem but I still can't solve it. 

I alreay added a debit card to my billing method and looks like it don't work.
Always says "charge failed" whereas in previous transaction this can be done, I don't know what is wrong.

I want to buy connects. I added my mastercard (debit card) in my billing method. I click on buy connects button and I redirect to my bank page for OTP and i received OTP . When i added my OTP now I'm facing this problem while adding connects>> Select the "Add Connects" button to continue.

Probably you didn't load your prepaid with funds.

Fund your card and retry.

Hi. I recently tried to buy connects through my master card. However ended up with message something like, use alternate method or try later. By reading some posts I found that same issue existed with other users as well.

I am not able to buy connects. I did purchase earlier and i have a verified billing method too but still its not happening. Please suggest

Me too. I wanted to avail the Freelancing Membership but this keeps on showing my screen

My billing method has also been verified. I've been trying to avail the membership for almost 2 days.

Is there anything else I can do besides adding an alternate payment method?

I would suggest checking with your bank if your account is enabled for international charges. In the mean time you can also try to add another billing method as well. Thank you.

i am using my visa card to buy some connects.my card is working online with every website but not here.and gives this error "We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank".kindly look into this asap.Thanks

same error occurs even after clearing cache cookies everything.first time i clear my cache and went to billing method page and when i click add metod button, it appears!!!!

I am unable to purchase connects through my visa debit card. Whenver I try to purchase, it says that payment declined.

1.Please make sure that the card you are using is suitable
for international payments.

2.Try an alternate payment method.

3. Clear your web browser for cookies and try again.

but still unable to purchase pro mamber plan and also facing issue in purchasing connects.

Why upwork not sending OTP for any transaction ?
