Getting that error while trying to upgrade my account. Is there any fix. I am using master card.

Hi Md.,

 

Unfortunately, it looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please, make sure your card is set up to make international payments and has sufficient funds on it to complete the funding.

We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank.

I am new seller and I can’t attach my visa card with upwrok to buy connects my bank detail is already added
