Hi team, I am trying to purchase connects for bid. I am using my MasterCard that is global and International transaction is also on but still I am getting below message

"Your bank was unable to verify your information. Please contact them and try again."

I don't have last name on card but it is asking last name and if I keep it null then it doesn't proceed

i am facing same problem,,

Debit card not working to buy connects. How can i buy connects i am out of connects and i have tried to buy connects from my debit card and paypal account buy it says authorize your card . I dont know why i have done purchasing online from my debit card before and i works fine i used all alternative methods but not working.

Hello i have used my card over the internet to pay for services. But i cant seem to buy connects on upwork. Please help me.

I am also facing the same problem. It is showing "We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank". I have used the three different cards but it didn't work.
