Every time I try to withdraw money from Upwork via Paypal I get a notification :
You requested payment of $x from Upwork via Paypal account.
And then a few moments later I receive a new notification:
Your payment on 09-Oct-2019 could not be processed.
Does anyone know what's the problem and how it can be solved?
P.S. my PayPal account is verified.

Chances are PayPal in your country does nor automatically accept MassPay payments.
You need to contact PayPal and find out if PayPal MassPay payments are accepted and if not, if your account can be enabled to do so.
If not, you need to try a different withdrawal method.

Thank you for replying! I contacted PayPal about the issue, it took them like a whole month to solve it, which was inconvenient, but now it's working and my payments don't get rejected.
