I am getting this messge when I am trying to update my membership plan, I called my bank and they said the merchant is not providing us enough information hene we can't let this transaction go through.
It looks like when Upwork is trying to charge your card for the membership payment, it gets declined by your bank. You may need to confirm with your bank that you approve this transaction or add an alternative payment method.
