Your payment could not be processed

Hello everyone! I've been working here on Upwork for a couple of months, and I wanted to transfer my earnings to my PayPal account. However, when I click on "Get Paid" and I request to withdraw my funds, it says "Your payent on [insert date here] could not be processed".

 

I've been trying for the last couple of days, including today. I've earned more than $100, and I think I set everything up correctly. What am I doing wrong?
