Hi! I was trying to get paid on Upwork, but I keep getting emails that say that my payment of $... via PayPal account failed, and the money has been credited back to my Upwork account. 

The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds.

This is my first time getting paid. Could you please tell me where the problem might me? Thanks!
