"Your payment method has been deactivated because the beneficiary name on your payment method does not match the name on your Upwork account."

My legal name is only one word, and there's no last name. I had issue registering my Paypal account because Upwork kept saying "the beneficiary name is mismatched". I put in .(dot) as my last name for my Paypal account, and their side approved of it after my explanation, whereas Upwork demanded a last name to be filled in, which I have none in my legal name.

Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
