Could we please agree that once you click this you should go to your profile?
That would feel all natural, because it is already a behaviour installed in our heads from social media, they always use your "profile picture" to go to your profile.
If you click this now, it has no function at all, it would be great if that could send you to your profile instead of (Find Work > Profile)...

Why would you want to go to your profile as the default page? How often do you have cause to go to your profile as opposed to messages and job feed for example?

Of course it has a function! It lets you switch easily between your different profiles if you have more than one (such as your agency or your client profile) or any teams you are a part of (when clients add you to their Upwork account to manage freelancers or recruit or similar).
