Hello there!
The client canceled my order and doesn't want to pay! What should I do?
I was given a job to create a video clip for social networks. I sent the first draft to the customer. The employer sent me detailed instructions on what to change, what to add, and what to remove.
I exactly fulfilled all the requirements and sent a second draft to the customer.
After that, the customer asked to change the music and small changes in the logo.
I did everything exactly.
The next day, instead of paying for the whole working day, the customer wrote to me that everything needed to be changed.
I told him to open a new proposal.
Instead, the customer canceled the proposal and said that it was not completed!
What would you advise me to do?
