Zero Available Connects

Month of February came in and I expected to have 60 on the connects.

I don't know what just happened but my available connects is zero?

 

Is this the effect of the Upwork downtime?

You'll get it in 3rd February. 

 

Connect resets every 3rd day of months.

Until now (5th March) I have my zero avallable connects still. Can you help me explain?

Hi Ridwan,

 

It looks like you have already used all the connects alloted for this billing cycle and your connects will be renewed on March 21, 2016. You can check your current billing cycle in Settings> Membership & Connects.
