i have filed a dispute for a job I completed and sent on time but didn't get paid for.

after a little chat, the client have agreed to pay me for my work but UpWork denied my dispute. why? no reason? and I had to find out from the client that the dispute got denied. I did not received any email or message from upwork regarding my dispute status. How can i still get paid for my work now?

Did you try to dispute funds that were not in Escrow? Or for an hourly job?
The client can easily pay by simply going to the contract at his end and issuing a bonus.

It was in escrow but not anymore because Upwork denied my dispute.
And why doesn't Upwork give a reason for denying my dispute?
