I got an offer today, and when I try to "accept offer", it gives an error:
"It seems like we ran into an unexpected problem with this offer. Please ask the client to withdraw it and create a new one, or contact technical support."
so what should I do?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Sherine,
I am sorry to hear about the issue while accepting an offer from a client. I checked the job offer you are referring to and noticed that the client is no longer active on the platform. You will be unable to accept this offer since the client has already been suspended for a TOS violation. Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please check this page for tips on staying safe on Upwork.
