a problem in accepting an offer

I got an offer today, and when I try to "accept offer", it gives an error:
"It seems like we ran into an unexpected problem with this offer. Please ask the client to withdraw it and create a new one, or contact technical support."

so what should I do?

I am sorry to hear about the issue while accepting an offer from a client. I checked the job offer you are referring to and noticed that the client is no longer active on the platform. You will be unable to accept this offer since the client has already been suspended for a TOS violation. Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you. there is another issue I'm afraid of, I clicked on the page link that I sent the message, what should I do if the link is suspicious?

ToS violations or Terms of Service violations are any activity that violates the Terms of Service you agreed to when you initially signed up with Upwork. You can read about our Terms of Service here.
