account suspended - several business days no contact from customer service

My account was suspended because I had an old account that I thought was shut down. Customer service contacted me and asked which one I wanted to keep open, I clearly told them the one I was currently working under. I haven't heard back from them in almost a week. Still suspended. Is there an actual customer service number or is all autobots?
