account suspended

Hello, dear support,

My account was suspended.  How can I resolve this issue?

If need I can pass video verification?

Hi Mykola,

Instead of creating a new ticket, please click on 'My Requests' and respond to the most recent ticket from the team. You will be able to reply directy to that ticket without needing to create a new one.

I can not create a new ticket.  I menu help and support I take to get help and in a third step, I have only one variant ask the community. I know that usually have: chat directly with support or send email?

How I can resolve this issue and why it was so difficult to use upwork, because of all these restrictions?
