Hi, I have a similar problem as I'm not able to use my account to accept contracts. Please let me know what I can do.

I recently reactivated my account or atleast tried to because the live chat option is no longer available so I just made a new account with the same email. I have been sent a contract by my employer however I am unable to see it and accept it. The pay week starts this week so if someone can get back to me as quick as possible I'd really appreciate it!
