hi,
just take it as an example--------
I have a brother who was working away from our house with a company.
he had a client account on Upwork. he posted a job and I completed that project before.
now he has backed to the house and wants to log his account into my device.
will it be any problem for us both?
and what are the limitations tell me broadly?

Hi Debabrata,
As long as each user logs in to their own account, it's not a violation of the TOS. Could you please send me a private message with more information about the contract so that I can take a look?
Thank you.

Take this example: you and your brother live in the same house. He wants you to do something for him. Instead of talking and getting this done while you both are at home, he decides to go to his office, create a job on upwork, and hire you this way. None of you realise that upwork will take 20% of what he pays you, which really makes no sense to do, right? When all it took was a simple conversation!
I hope that my post helped you to avoid the paying of fees that were completely unnecessary, and you are very welcome!

It is not Upwork's intention for Upwork to be used in this way.
Freelancers should not hire family members through Upwork.
People have been kicked off of the platform as a result of this sort of activity.

You completed a contract where your brother was the client? Why? That would likely be seen as feedback building and could get you banned. Don't get friends or family to hire you in an attempt to get feedback. That is unethical and unfair and I assume you want to keep your account...

Getting a family member to hire you is just one step away from hiring yourself.
